By uploading content, you grant Sallywood Entertainment International a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for purposes related to operating and promoting the platform.

Content Ownership & IP Guidelines

  • You must own the content or have written permission and valid licenses to use it.
  • Any third-party music, footage, branding, logos, or likenesses must be properly cleared.
  • Sallywood does not provide copyright clearance, licensing, or legal validation services.
  • You accept full legal responsibility for any intellectual property claims arising from your uploads.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading content containing hate speech, pornography, child exploitation, excessive violence, or illegal acts.
  • Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users or staff.
  • Attempting to bypass security, moderation, or access controls.
  • Advertising or selling goods or services without written authorization.

5. Third-Party Conduct & Liability

Sallywood Entertainment International shall not be held liable for illegal acts, misconduct, misrepresentation, or contractual disputes committed by users or third parties on or through the platform.

Where required by law, Sallywood will cooperate with lawful authorities and may remove content or suspend accounts associated with unlawful activity.

6. Platform Neutrality & No Affiliation

Sallywood operates solely as a digital content hosting and promotional bridge to global audiences. We are not affiliated with, partnered with, endorsing, or representing any third party unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Legal Counsel & Due Diligence Disclaimer

Users are strongly advised to seek independent legal counsel and conduct their own due diligence before entering into contracts, collaborations, or commercial agreements. Sallywood provides no legal, financial, or contractual advice.

8. Fees, Advertising & Commissions

  • All platform services are provided free of charge.
  • Sallywood does not receive commissions from transactions between users.
  • Fees apply only to paid advertising services under a separate agreement.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, without prior notice, if these Terms are breached or if continued use poses legal or reputational risk to the platform.

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, and Storage) to securely store and process data. Industry-standard safeguards are applied to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

Video Visibility: Approved videos may be visible to authorized members or administrators.

While reasonable security measures are implemented, no platform can guarantee absolute security. Users upload data and content at their own risk.
