Marinda is also an assistant to the director of a Casting Agency, doing administration and has featured as a background artist on TV. Lethabo Naume Mashigo, famously known as Kgoshigadi ya Bakone, is a 47-year-old community developer, entrepreneur, and traditional leader born in Mogalatsane, Limpopo Province. She is a passionate advocate for positive social change, dedicating her career to uplifting communities, preserving cultural heritage, and fostering sustainable empowerment. Lethabo is the founder of the Lesedi Setshabeng Development Centre (DC) and the owner of Entle Neo Event Management Company, through which she coordinates corporate, social, and cultural events. Her diverse professional background includes roles as a Community Development Practitioner, a Sales Consultant at African Bank, and a collaborative partner with various non-profit organizations. As a highly active community leader, she bridges the gap between local residents and government departments—such as Agriculture and Arts & Culture—while facilitating development initiatives, empowering young artists, and coordinating essential donations like sanitary products and clothing. Guided by core values of integrity, respect, and service excellence, her vision is to build strong, united communities where everyone has the opportunity to grow and live with dignity.

Nditsheni Thomas Nevondwe is a South African academic and TVET leader currently serving as the Head of Division: Business and Utilities, a role he has held since 2016 following years of experience as an Acting Campus Manager and lecturer. He is currently completing a Doctor of Business Administration at UKZN, focusing on social entrepreneurship in TVET colleges, building upon his MBA, BCom Honours, and BCom in Industrial Psychology. A dedicated educator with over a decade of experience teaching entrepreneurship, he has actively shaped national education by participating in the review of the TVET Entrepreneurship N4–N6 syllabi and serving as an external moderator for UKZN. As a published researcher focused on start-up propensity and graduate employability, his ultimate professional mission is to empower South African youth through entrepreneurial thinking and social innovation to drive sustainable community development and economic growth.

Ndalamo Emmanuel Muvhali, affectionately known as "Son of the Soil," is a passionate community developer, motivational speaker, and arts entrepreneur from Venda, Limpopo. With over a decade of experience, his people-centered work focuses on uplifting previously disadvantaged communities and youth through creative arts, culture, and small business development. He currently serves as the COO and Secretary for the Knowledge is the Power Creative Arts NPO and directs both Masase Consultancy and Kamili Stakeholders Engagements Services, where he coordinates local municipal summits and arts exchange programs. Backed by a background in Community Development and Leadership from the University of Johannesburg and UNISA, Ndalamo is also a highly sought-after public speaker. Known for his humorous, informative, and deeply encouraging style, he addresses critical topics ranging from artist training and youth peer pressure to gender-based violence and mental health awareness.

Malungelo Kamango, professionally known as Drencko Drenckoliser, is a celebrated South African Kwaito artist, actor, and media entrepreneur born in Zola North, Soweto. Entering the music industry in 2000, he gained major recognition in 2006 with his debut album Drenckolizer, released under Ghetto Ruff. His breakout single, "Sishay' Amahoota," achieved international acclaim when it was featured on the soundtrack of the Oscar-winning film Tsotsi. Over the years, he has continued to release hit tracks—such as "Jaiva Nge Sporty," which earned him the MKHMA Best Kwaito Artist award in 2018—while firmly establishing himself as a cornerstone of the Kwaito movement. Driven by a passion for community upliftment and artist empowerment, Drencko founded the Drenckoliser Music Stokvel (DMS) in 2013 to combat industry exploitation and provide a platform for emerging musicians. Operating under the motto of loyalty, hustle, respect, and unity, this self-funded initiative organizes events, provides resources, and shares stages with up-and-coming talent. He furthered this mission by launching the Ihleeezi Music League in 2019 to scout and reward new artists, alongside launching his own online radio station dedicated to promoting local music. Beyond music, Drencko has built a highly successful career in television and broadcasting. He transitioned from a freelance background actor to securing featured roles on major South African soap operas, including playing Prophet Kunene on Muvhango, Zungu’s bodyguard on Isibaya, and appearing on Generations, Scandal, and Legacy. In the radio space, he has worked as a content producer and drive-time host for stations like 1912 Online Radio, Chiawelo Radio, and Mzansi Joburg City. Today, he also operates an online casting sub-agency to mentor and help upcoming actors break into the industry.

Sinenzolo Mondi, widely known as Snazzy, is a dynamic media professional, entrepreneur, and award-winning activist dedicated to amplifying diverse voices and driving social change. He serves as the Radio Station Manager for the Ekurhu Radio Podcast project under the Mordecai Ndlovu Foundation NPC and is the Founder and CEO of both Snazzy Entertainment and Snapped Media House. His leadership extends to his role as Marketing Director for the Thato One Big Family LGBTIQ Society, alongside his work as a radio and television presenter, actor, singer, and entertainment journalist. Celebrated as the 2nd Runner-up of Mr. Gay Nation SA in 2023, Sinenzolo is deeply committed to empowering South Africa's LGBTQ+ community by leveraging his platform to provide crucial knowledge, skills, and support for personal and entrepreneurial success.

With extensive experience spanning the entire software development lifecycle, John has operated as a Developer, Business Analyst, Technical Lead, and Technical Manager across banking, wealth management, the public sector, and cloud ecosystems. Combining hands-on engineering depth with executive-level strategic vision, John excels at translating business requirements into scalable, mission-critical systems. Events Manager
Magdelena Salina Adriana Janse Van Rensburg is a multi-talented South African performer and entrepreneur who's been shining bright since the age of 6-years old. Growing up her love for music, and performance was nurtured by her farther with whom she would sing and play guitar. Magdelena did ballads, opera, gospel and Italian opera she also did ballet and modern dancing before she discovered her passion for modeling at the age of 18 it earned her to go abroad to England where she worked as a head waitress and events manageress. Her artistic pursuits are diverse, with credits including being part of Mamazala Castings as a background actress and starring in multiple films and movies. Magdelena was also chosen at the South African Championships to compete in the World Championships at Glenburn Lodge. As an entrepreneur she is proud to lead Healthy Models, a thriving community of over 100 professional models and 150 designers. She also expanded her skills as a certified makeup artist and completed 6 certificates in wellness, as well as computer certificates. Se recently completed a flight attendant course where she received certificates in First Aid, Aviation Medicine, Dangerous Goods, Aircraft Specifics, Security, Fire Fighting and ditching. Magdelena received her CAA certificate and cabin crew licence.
Maintenance Operations Manager
Eugene Bezuidenhout began his career in the construction industry, building sets on the SABC platform. He later worked as a Foreman for an insurance company, gaining valuable experience in large-scale building projects. His skills expanded into interior design, where he continued working in a Foreman capacity and he also assisted in the construction of sound studios and related facilities. Following the COVID-19 period, Eugene transitioned into the entertainment industry, entering the acting field as a background performer in 2021. Since then he has secured several bit parts across the TV and Film productions. His work has been showcased on major platforms including Netflix and Showmax, as well as in music videos marking his growing presence in the South African television and film industry.

Willem Johannes Roodt served in the army before pursuing studies in Mechanical Engineering. Willem opened his own workshop, building strong friendships along the way. Willem has over 30 years experience in the mechanical field working for himself and trusted by major companies of repairing cars, gearboxes and differentials he is a hard working person with dedication, and kindness. Born into family with four brothers and one sister, Willem grew up known as a kind-hearted and help full person. Started working with his father at a young age always curious and eager to learn. Was married and a proud father of two beautiful children, Willem is also known as a person who doesn't have a lazy hair always hard working and dependable. Passionate about his craft and always willing to lend a helping hand. His background in television includes work as a background artist on SABC 1’s Generations: The Legacy and Skeem Saam. That experience instilled discipline, professionalism, and a deep appreciation for teamwork and the craft of bringing stories to life. Mmabatho Confidence Kgole, born in Tafelkop Village, Limpopo Province, is an accomplished model, motivational speaker, and the Director of Mirs/Miss Glamour Queen South Africa. After discovering her passion for the stage through school drama, she embarked on a prolific pageant career that began with titles like second princess for Miss Tafelkop in 2002. Her impressive modeling portfolio includes being crowned the Miss Sapphire International winner in Malaysia in 2024, participating as a finalist for Miss Glamours Plus International 2024, and eventually launching her own pageant in 2025. Alongside her pageant success, Mmabatho holds a Diploma in Office Computing and a qualification in Occupational Health and Safety. She is deeply committed to community upliftment, having joined the Knowledge is the Power Creative Arts NPO in 2023 to empower rural artists—a collaboration that includes representing South Africa in the Philippines in August 2026. As a motivational speaker, she actively mentors young women on emotional and sensitive issues, anchoring her message in the African philosophy of Botho-Ubuntu: the belief that we are shaped by our community and must positively contribute to the lives of others.

Currently serving as a Supervisor at Forever Business, Mahlodi has built a diverse career encompassing hands-on roles in financial services, retail, and customer relations.
